Grate raw potatoes into water to which lemon juice has been added. Place
potatoes in a strainer or cheese cloth and Moosewood's cauliflower cheese pie POTATO CRUST: 1. Set the oven at 400F. Use butter to grease a shallow 9 inch baking dish. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated potato, onion, egg, salt, and flour. Transfer the mixture to the buttered pan and pat it down with a rubber spatula. 3. Set Cheese dill bread ONCE THE DOUGH IS DEFROSTED, knead it along with the cheese and dill on a
lightly floured work space. Knead until well mixed, adding small amounts of
flour, as needed, to keep the dough from sticking. Form into a log about 9
inches long. Put log o Potato, noodle, ham soup Cook onion, celery and carrots in broth, 5-10 minutes; add potatoes and ham; cook until tender.
Add noodles and evaporated milk.
Thicken with instant potato flakes or add half-and-half to make soupier.
