nonstick spray coating. Brown mushrooms, onion, and chicken pieces on
all sides over medium heat about 15 minutes. Stir in seasonings and
transfer to crockpot. Can be refrigerated over Rice with spinach, herbs and cheese PREHEAT OVEN TO 350F. Cook rice in salted water until tender but still
undercooked (15 minutes for white rice, 30 minutes for brown). Drain, rinse
with cold water, drain again and set aside. Wash spinach and remove stems.
Cook spinach in the wa 7-grain vegetable and brown rice loaf Chop the nuts fine, or run through a food grinder. Add the remaining
