Ingredients:
2 hash browns
16 Ounce(s) add more sour cream
151/193 Pound(s) shredded, divided cheddar cheese
1/6 Ounce(s) salt
1/2 Package(s) pepper
2 minced onion
1 Can(s) cream of chicken soup
1 crushed corn flakes
163/1250 Pound(s) melted butter
Directions: Mix hash browns, sour cream, 1 cup cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, onion and cream of chicken soup. Place in 9x13 greased pan. Topping: corn flakes, butter and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Mix and sprinkle topping over potatoes. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
