Oriental Chicken



Ingredients:
4 Pound(s) cut into bite-size pieces chicken breast
2 Ounce(s) canola oil
2 2/3 Ounce(s) soy sauce
2 Tablespoon(s) sugar substitute, brown
1/8 Cup(s) water
2 Clove(s) minced garlic
1 Teaspoon(s) ginger
1/4 Cup(s) almonds, slivered
Directions: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the chicken in oil. Transfer to a slow cooker. Combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, waer, garlic, and ginger; pour over chicken. Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour. Reduce heat to LOW; cook 4 to 5 hours longer or until the meat juices run clear. Remove chicken to a serving platter; sprinkle with almonds and serve.
