"second time around" couscous salad In a mixing bowl combine the couscous, scallion, celery, chicken and peas.
In another mixing bowl combine blue cheese, mayonnaise, mustard and rice
vinegar to taste; season with salt and pepper.

Vegetarian caesar salad Cut the bread into 1-inch croutons. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a
large nonstick skillet. Add the croutons and cook, turning once, until
golden, 5 minutes. Transfer the croutons to a plate lined with paper
towels. Set aside.
Place the garlic Potato salad monte carlo Cook the potatoes with the skins on and after cooling, peel and dice. Mix
all the ingredients well and allow to set for at least two hours.

Red ginger cabbage saute Wash cabbage, and cut into small wedges. Heat oil in wok or large frying
pan. Add ginger, onion, sesame seeds. Stir fry 2 minutes. Add cabbage,
salt and pepper, and walnuts. Toss. Continue to cook until cabbage is
tender crisp. Serve hot, Buffet chicken salad Combine the chicken, celery and lemon juice and chill 1 hour. Add grapes
(can be cut in half) and almonds. Combine mayonnaise, light cream, salt,
dry mustard and pepper, then add to the chicken mixture. Toss lightly. This

Tomato corn pasta salad Caesar salad (warner) With the motor running, drop garlic cloves into the bowl of a food
processor fitted with the steel blade. Mince, then add anchovies and
process to combine.
With the motor running, add oil in a thin stream until thickened. Add
lemon juice and eg Turnip salad Wash turnip then grate it.
Wash, peel and grate apples.
Slice lemon into 4 pieces.
Place grated apples and turnip in plates.
Add lemon, sunflowerseed oil, a little vinegar and a pinch of salt.
Sprinkle roasted marrow seeds on salad.
Black bean and rice salad Mix the beans, rice, and cilantro together in a bowl.
Place the lime juice in a small bowl and whisk in the oil.
Add the onion and garlic and toss with the rice and beans.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Fresh vegetable salad SALAD: Tear greens into bite sized pieces. Toss all salad
ingredients & arrange on a serving platter.
DRESSING: Dry roast the sesame seeds in a small frying pan over medium
heat, stirring often until golden brown, about 2 to 4 minutes. Se Orange-pineapple salad Cook pineapple in juice for two or three minutes, add jellos and cook

heat for 1 hour. Strain through a coffee filter and let cool. With a
sharp knife, cut peel from grapefruit, including all white pith, and cut

Lime velvet salad Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add chunks of cream cheese. Using
mixer, beat at medium speed until well blended. Chill until slightly
congealed. Add pineapple, celery and nuts. Fold in whipped cream. Pour in
3 cup mold and let set. Turn out on lettuce Coleslaw crunch salad Mix the oil, sugar, vinegar and seasoning from the Ramen noodles for the dressing 2-3 hours ahead. Mix all the remaining ingredients , including the crumbled, but not cooked, Ramen noodles, for the salad. Pour on dressing just before serving to insure th Ripe tomato, spinach and country bread salad Bread - Crusts removed and cut into 1 inch cubes.
Leave the bread cubes on the counter overnight to become stale or toaast them in the oven for 10 minutes.
Toss the bread cubes with the remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
Stuffed chinese cabbage 1. Mix feta cheese and cream cheese in a processor until smooth paste. Add the cubed peppers, olives, and mix well.
2. Cut the chinese cabbage lenghtwise into 2 equal parts. Place with the cut side down. Carefully lift each leaf and spoon the stuffing.
