Directions: In a food processor, finely grind the Oreos. Combine Oreo crumbs with cream cheese. Form 1" balls with this mixture. I would recommend doing this with your hands, like you would a meatball. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper. Melt chocolate in microwave at 30 second intervals, 50% power. Stir between each interval and repeat until smooth. Pour a little vegetable oil into the melted chocolate to smooth it further and make coating the balls easier. Dip the Oreo balls in chocolate, fully coating them. Refrigerate and keep cool until ready to servel
*I have substituted the semi-sweet chocolate with white chocolate, too. You can use whatever you would like. You can also use different cookies, like Nutter Butters, if you like peanut butter and chocolate together.
