Ingredients: 2 Cup(s) Boiling water-divided 1 Package(s) (3 oz) lemon jello 2 Cup(s) Ice cubes, divided 1 Package(s) (3 oz) orange jello 1 Can(s) (20 oz) crush pineapple 2 Cup(s) Min. marshmallows 3 large Bananas, sliced 1/2 Cup(s) Fine shredded cheddar cheese 1 Cup(s) Reserved pineapple juice 1/2 Cup(s) Sugar 1 Egg, beaten 1 Tablespoon(s) Oleo 1 Cup(s) Whipping cream 2 Tablespoon(s) Cornstarch |
Directions: In a mixing bowl, combine 1 c water & lemon jello. Add 1 c ice cubes, stirring until melted. Add pineapple. Pour into a 13"x9"x2" baking pan. refrigerate until set. Repeat with orange jello, with remaining ice & water. Stir in marshmallows. Pour over lemon layer; refrigerate until set. For dressing, combine pineapple juice, sugar egg, cornstarch & butter in a pan. Cook over med heat stirring constsntly until thick. Cover & refrigerate overnight. Next day, arrange bananas with whipped cream over jello. Combine dressng with whipped cream; spread over bananas, Sprinkle with cheese. Enjoy! 5/4

Orange honeyed chicken In large skillet, brown chicken in butter on both sides. Add orange
juice, honey, onion, pepper and season with salt to taste. Cover and
simmer 20 minutes, or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken from
pan and arrange over rice on platter. Keep Fresh broccoli salad Combine salad ingredients in bowl. Mix dressing ingredients (sugar, mayo and vinegar) and add to broccoli mixture.
Tuna and avocado salad Peel eggs and mash real well with a regular dinner fork (more
