Orange Salad



Ingredients:
3 Cup(s) hot water
2 orange jello
1 miniature marshmallows
20 crushed pineapple
20 drained and sieved apricots
1 grated american cheese
Directions: Combine apricots and pineapples; add 1 cup pienapple or apricot juice or use 1/2 cup of each. Dissolve gelatin in hot water (Jello). Add combined fruit and juice and stir well. Add marshmallows and let set until firm. Serve with dressing and grated american cheese.

Orange Salad Dressing

Directions:
Combine fruit juice, flour and sugar. Mix well and cook until thickened (add a few extra tablespoons of flour if needed).
Remove from heat, beat in one egg; let cool.
Fold in whipped cream and spoon over molded salad. Sprinkle with grated american cheese.
