Orange Roughy with 3 Citrus Sauce



Ingredients:
1 orange roughy fish filets
1 Ounce(s) salt
1 Ounce(s) black pepper
34/1453 Quart(s) olive oil
1 Pound(s) minced garlic
3 fresh lime juice
137/4377 Quart(s) fresh lemon juice
39/2500 Quart(s) tangerine or orange juice
1 Bunch(s) chopped fresh parsley
2 thinly sliced green onion
163/5000 Pound(s) butter
Directions: Bake fish at 400 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes. Heat oil in pain and add garlic, cook for 30 seconds. Add lime, lemon, and orange juice, parsley, and green onions. Add butter. Swirl until creamy. Pour over baked fish and serve immediately.
