Diana's macaroni salad Cook macaroni in boiling water for 12 minutes, or according to package
directions. Immediately rinse with cold water and drain well. Place in a
mixing bowl. Add chopped eggs, onion, pickle, celery, capers, peas and
pimiento. Combine mayonaise, pickl Skinny macaroni salad combine all ingred excpt pasta in glass bowl. Cover & let stand at room
temp. for 1 hour. Just before serving fold in the pasta.
Chicken taco salad Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Refrigerate until slightly
thickened.

individual plastic containers (for brown bagging) or serving dishes.
Refrigerate a Baked eggs with spring onion and cream Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter two 16oz ramekins.
Add two tablespoons of sliced spring onion into each ramekin. Then sprinkle half the bacon and divide it evenly into each ramekin. Half the bacon should remain. 2. Beat chilled whipping cream at high speed until whipping cream peaks.

Meanwhile, cook the snow peas in boiling salted water for 30 seconds.

Drain, rinse with cold water, then pat dry. Chill airtight until very

Toss Asparagus with lemon juice, olive oil and pepper to taste Rosemary orange syrup Boil all ingredients together in a 1-quart heavy saucepan until reduced to about 3/4 cup, about 15 minutes. Cool to warm or room temperature.
Kalter kartoffelsalat (cold potato salad) In medium saucepan cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain, reserving 3/4 cup of potato water. Dice potatoes. Add oil and
minced onion; toss gently. In small saucepan bring the 3/4 cup potato water to a boil; pour over potatoes and onio Chocolate orange biscotti Line large baking sheet with parchment paper. Whisk flour, baking powder,
and salt in medium bowl to blend. Using electric mixer, beat sugar and
butter in large bowl to blend. Beat in eggs 1 at a time, then Grand Marnier
and orange peel. Add flour mixture Potato salad with pomegranate Boil 500 g new potatoes, peel and dice. In a large bowl mix together 250 mL
plain yogurt (use a thick low-fat version to reduce kilojoules), 2 finely
chopped fresh coriander leaves and salt and pepper to taste.
Add potatoes and fold dressing ge Caramel apple salad Mix cored & diced apples, raisins, celery and walnuts well. Mix
butterscotch pudding and plain yogurt well. Mix pudding mixture with apple
mixture well and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Enjoy.
Double cheddar salad In a large bowl, place ingredients. Just before serving, toss with creamy
cheddar dressing. Makes four portions.
Creamy Cheddar Dressing: In small bowl, combine all ingredients until
blended.
Endive/watercress salad Combine walnut oil, rice vinegar, walnuts, chives, Worcestershire sauce,
salt, and pepper in a small bowl and blend well.
Wash the endive and watercress and pat dry with a paper towel. Arrange
endive around the perimeter of chilled salad plates wi Asian pear salad In a large bowl, toss together greens, dates, prosciutto, mint and pear.
In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice and oil; season with salt and
pepper. Pour mixture over salad. Toss to combine well, and serve
immediately.

Place in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Serve.
Baked orange roughy with lemon Place two filets in a shallow glass baking dish. Sprinkle with pepper. Squeeze half of a lemon over the filets so it bakes in the juice. Add a dash of parsley to each filet. If you'd like, place a few dots of butter on the filets for added flavor (an Rice polaf salad Combine all ingredients and toss together. Chill 1 hour. Just before
serving, pour dressing of your choice over salad. Toss and serve.
Summer fish salad Mix fish and vegetables in bowl. Set aside. In small bowl, combine oil, vinegar and salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder to taste. Toss well with fish mixture. Chill at least 2 hours before serving, mixing well before doing so.
This is a great sum Asian noodle salad Cook vegetables as directed on package until crisp-tender. Drain; rinse
with cold water. In a large bowl combine vegetables, cabbage and onions.
In a small jar with tight-fitting lid, combine oil, vinegar, sugar and
seasoning package from soup mix Egg salad with leaves 1. In a food processor or in a bowl, finely mash eggs. Add mayonnaise,
yogurt, dill, pepper, and salt to taste; mix well. Serve, or cover and
chill up to a day.

broth or water, thyme and pepper flakes, and cook over medium-high
heat for 10 minutes, or until onion is tender and just begins to

Add scallops; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook until brown and just opaque in center, about 3 m Hot potato salad In skillet, cook bacon. Remove and drain. Pour off all but 3 T bacon fat,
add onion and celery and stir fry 1-2 minutes. Blend in flour. Add juice
and vinegar, stirring until mixture thickens. Add sugar.
Preheat oven to 350 deg F. Place potat Oriental noodle salad Prepare salad: Cook pasta according to package directions. Add carrots and
snow peas during last 30 seconds of cooking time. Drain; rinse with cold
water; drain well. Combine pasta, red pepper, green onion, bamboo shoots,

lettuce, and garnish with tomat wedges and celery leaves. Serve with French
dressing.
