Directions: In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Brown beef, then add reserved mandarin orange liquid, the soy sauce, honey, garlic and ginger; mix well. Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook 10-15 minutes, or until beef is tender, stirring occasionally. Remove 2 T of the liquid from the skillet and combine with the cornstarch in a small bowl; whisk together well. Add the cornstarch mixture and oranges to the skillet, stirring until the sauce thickens.
Comments: Serve immediately.

12 minute chicken with orange sauce Skin and bone chicken halves, flatten (about 1 pound).
Saute Chicken in butter in large skillet over medium heat until
browned and cooked through (about 8 minutes). Remove to platter,
cover and keep warm. In same skillet, saute onion until tender
but no Spiced carrot & orange soup Reserve & set aside 1/2 lb carrots. Heat oil in a
large soup pot, saute onions & celery till golden.
Add all but reserved carrots, water, orange juice,
wine & spices. Bring to a boil, cover & simmer over

kettle grill with a hinged top rack (if using charcoal); a large chimney
starter (if using charcoal); long metal tongs; a 17- by 12 1/2- by 3
1/2-inch disposable aluminum roasting pan Rindfleisch-eintopf (beef stew) Melt shortening in a Dutch oven. Add the meat and brown on all sides.
Place the onions on top of the meat. Mix the flour and seasonings with
1/4 c water. Blend with the tomatoes and add the misture to the dutch
oven. Bake at 325 degrees F about 2 hour Barbecued beef on buns Mix catsup, brown sugar, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, mustard, onion
salt, and pepper in 2-cup glass measure. Microwave uncovered on high
(100%) 1 1/2 minutes, stir. Microwave to boiling, 1 to 2 minutes.

White chocolate orange tart FOR CRUST:
Grease 11-inch-diameter tart pan with removable bottom. Finely chop almonds in processor. Add flour, sugar and salt and grind to powder. Add butter and cut in until mixture resembles coarse meal. Mix egg yolk, minced orange peel and almond and Orange-chipotle salsa If using dried chipotles, soak them for 20 minutes in very hot water, changing the water out after 10 minutes. Combine all the ingredients and serve with grilled meats or vegetables. Keeps for up to 5 days in refrigerator. Best on second day.
