Directions: In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Brown beef, then add reserved mandarin orange liquid, the soy sauce, honey, garlic and ginger; mix well. Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook 10-15 minutes, or until beef is tender, stirring occasionally. Remove 2 T of the liquid from the skillet and combine with the cornstarch in a small bowl; whisk together well. Add the cornstarch mixture and oranges to the skillet, stirring until the sauce thickens.
