Directions: Mix sugar, cocoa, milk, and margarine over medium heat until it comes to a rolling boil. Boil for 1 minute and then remove from the heat. Cool for 1 minute. Add vanilla, peanut butter, and oatmeal. Drop by teaspoonsful onto wax paper.
