5 Tablespoon(s) butter or margarine
4 Ounce(s) angel hair pasta, broken into 1-1/2 inch pieces
1 Cup(s) uncooked long grain rice
3/4 Teaspoon(s) chicken flavored bouillon
2 Cup(s) water
1 Can(s) french onion soup,undiluted
1/2 Tablespoon(s) soy sauce
1 Can(s) sliced water chestnuts drained
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil an 8-inch baking dish. Set aside. Melt butter in a large heavy skillet on medium heat. Add angel hair pasta. Cook until golden brown, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in bouillon, water, soup, soy sauce and water chestnuts; pour in prepared baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes, stirring once. Serve immediately.
