Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil an 8-inch baking dish. Set aside.
Melt butter in a large heavy skillet on medium heat. Add angel hair pasta. Cook until golden brown, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Stir in bouillon, water, soup, soy sauce and water chestnuts; pour in prepared baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes, stirring once. Serve immediately.
