Summertime salad Over the years I have gotten to where I will put just about anything in a
tossed summer salad. To add some variety to your summertime salads try any
or all of these ingredients. Try leaving out the lettuce sometime, it
makes for an interestin Avocado orange salad On two salad plates, arrange greens, orange, avocado and onion. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine dressing ingredients; shake well. Drizzle over salads. Serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings.
Impossible ham salad pie Preheat oven to 400F. Lightly grease pie plate 10x1 1/2". Rinse peas under
cold water to separate; drain. Sprinkle peas, ham and cheese in pie plate.
Beat remaining ingredients till smooth, 15 sec in blender on high speed or
1 minute with han 24 hour green salad Layer lettuce, celery, pepper, then frozen peas. Break and crumble over the
above another layer of lettuce. Spread mayonnaise over top - spreading
completely to edge to seal. Sprinkle sugar over mayonnaise, then cheese,

Bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let
stand 7 minutes. Stir in cheese.
Vegetable fried rice In a small bowl, dissolve stir-fry seasoning packet in water; set aside.
Place frozen vegetables in microwave-safe bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH for 6 minutes.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. In a small bow Hash brown casserole 1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 2 quart baking dish with nonstick
spray.
2. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, milk, sour cream, cheese
and 2 tablespoons of the melted margarine. Stir gently until well
combined. Spread evenly into prepared Hamburger fischsalat (hamburg-style fish salad) Melt butter in a frypan. Place fish in frypan and pour hot water over fish. Bring to a boil, cover, lower heat and simmer gently for 10 minutes. Meanwhile slice the 4 hard cooked eggs and the pickles. Drain fish, cool and cut into cubes. Prepare sala Spicy thai salad Cook pasta according to package directions, rinse and drain. Chop pasta
coarsely, if desired. Add vegetables and sesame seeds. Prepare dressing.
Pour into salad. Mix well. Serve chilled.

Baking Time: 5 minutes
Yield: Warm potato salad Quarter the potatoes and boil until tender.
Meanwhile, peel and mince garlic and place in a small jar. Wash and
dry the parsley, cut the stems off, then mince the parsley. Place in
the jar with the garlic. Add oil, vinegar, Tabasco if using, nu Winter roast vegetable salad Sometimes it looks as though the cupboards are bare, but this idea might help make a few vegetables go a little further in a new way!
Coat with olive oil, salt and pepper and cook in a 200 degree oven for 30 minutes.
