Directions: Coat a frypan lightly with oil or butter. Add mushrooms; stir-cook 2-3 minutes until mushrooms look a bit dry. Add broth and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Stir flour and cornstarch into water to form a smooth paste or shake together in a small screw-top jar. Add to mushroom mixture and stir-cook about 2 minutes until sauce thickens.

chili leave some veins. Rinse with cold water and soak in hot water
