Muscat Wine Buns (Barrachuelos)



Ingredients:
250 Gram(s) sifted flour
1 Deciliter(s) of white muscat wine
1 Tablespoon(s) aniseed or
Directions: 1 teaspoon of pure anise 1 ts oil Heat the oil to boiling point. Put the flour in a basin. Pour the boiling oil over it. Stir rapidly with a wooden spatula. Add the sugar mixed with wine and aniseed. Knead thoroughly. Take a small piece of pastry, roll into a ball, then with the index make holes in the centre to form a little crown.
