Moroccan Spice Rubbed Pork Chops



Ingredients:
417/10000 Ounce(s) salt
4 boneless pork chop
1/12 Ounce(s) paprika
1/12 Ounce(s) cumin
1/2 coriander
1/12 Ounce(s) cinnamon
1/6 Ounce(s) extra virgin olive oil
2 Clove(s) minced garlic
4 wedges lemon
Directions: In a small bowl, combine garlic, oil, cinnamon, coriander, cumin and paprika to form a rough paste. Press spice mixture onto both sides of each pork chop. Lightly coat a grill or grill pan with cooking spray and heat to medium-high. Grill pork until there is no trace of pink, 6 to 8 minutes per side. Sprinkle with salt and season with pepper to taste. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
