Moroccan Lamb Couscous



Ingredients:
1/2 Pound(s) lamb
489/2500 Ounce(s) turmeric
2 Cup(s) couscous
2 Ounce(s) curry
8 Ounce(s) tomato sauce
1 zucchini
2 carrot
2 Cup(s) vegetable broth
1/2 onion, white
Directions: 1. Cut up onion, carrots, red bell pepper (if you're using it) and zucchini. 2. In a large saucepan, saute onion until lightly browned. Add vegetable broth and bring to a boil. 3. Transfer to a large pot and add carrots. Simmer 15 mins. 4. Lower heat on saucepan and add zucchini and pepper. Cook 20 mins. Add tomato sauce and spices. Cook till heated through. 5. While vegetable sauce is simmering, cook couscous in the rice maker according to directions. 6. Also while sauce is simmering, cut lamb into small pieces if it is not already. Put on skewers (bambo or metal) and broil in oven at for 8-9 minutes. Rotate at least once). 7. Serve vegetables and sauce over couscous with lamb still on skewers on top.
