Directions: Blend together cream cheese cottage cheese, sugar, eggs, corn starch, butter until smooth. Mix in lemon juice, vanilla extract, and sour cream until homogeneous. Poor into a graham cracker crust. Bake at 375 for 2 hours or until toothpick comes out clean. Let rest in oven for two hours. Let cool on rack for 2 hours. Let cool in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
