Stu's meatballs The meatball dish is really simple. It is also quite forgiving if you make modifications to the amount of ingredients.
I usually use a package of hamburger (medium fat or lean), larger, but not the family pack. It is the standard size in Loblaws. For a lo Alligator meatballs Mix all ingredients, form into 1" balls. Allow to set for 1 hour. Dredge
