Directions: Place garlic, basil, parsley & spinach in a blender & work into a uniform
paste.
Add tomatoes & process just a few seconds longer. Transfer to a bowl &
stir in parmesan, salt & nuts.
Serve at room temperature with hot pasta with the olive oil.

Adaptable red chili sauce with tomatoes Place all the ingredients in a processor and blend until reduced to a
smooth puree, about 1 minutes. Transfer to a saucepan, bring to a boil over
medium heat, stirring once or twice to prevent scorching, and cover the
pan. Reduce heat to a low and Penne w. vodka & tomato cream sauce Melt butter with oil in heavy large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and saute until translucent, about 8 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook until almost no liquid remains in pan, stirring frequently, about 25 minutes. Add cream, vodka and red pepper a Ajilimojili (garlic and pepper sauce) Pound peppers, peppercorns, garlic and salt in a mortar, or chop in
processor finely. Transfer to a bowl and beat in lime juice and oil. Served
with suckling pig.
No salt barbeque sauce Combine all ingredients. Heat to boiling, then simmer 30 minutes.
Optional: add a squeeze or two of lime juice.

In small serving bowl, combine a Pork chops with tarragon sauce Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. Cook the chops in a small amount of oil for approximately ten minutes per side (for thick chops). Remove the meat. Melt butter in the same pan and saute mushrooms.
