Ingredients: 3/4 sugar 3/4 brown sugar 1/4 salt 1 baking powder 1 eggs 1 vanilla extract 12 chocolate chips 3 milk 3/4 unsalted butter 2 1/2 all-purpose flour 1 walnuts |
Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cream Butter, Sugar, Brown Sugar.
Add egg,vanilla, and milk
Add Baking powder and salt to the flour
Mix flour mixture into butter mixture.
Add nuts and chips.
Using 2 dessert spoons ladle out 12 equals sized portions of dough onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-12 minutes or until bottoms are browned and tops are just starting to brown.
Cool on racks.
Comments: Good cookies, moist and soft. Overbaking ruins. |
