Strawberry cream cake In a double boil, place water and sprinkle with gelatin; stir, then heat
over hot water until dissolved. Stir in powdered sugar, almond extract and
strawberries. Refrigerate until slightly thickened.

Banana cream Mix 2 big boxes instant vanilla pudding. Whip 1 package of whipped cream (use a beater). Mix together. Add 5 bananas and vanilla wafer cookies.
Zuccini schnitzel with leeks & peppers in sour cream sauce 1.Clean leeks,cut lenghtwise,cut into rings.
2.Wash and clean peppers, cut into small stripes.
