Ingredients:
1 pie shell
6 yolks egg
2 Can(s) 14 oz cans, sweetened condensed milk
8 Ounce(s) lime juice
1 cool whip
Directions: Preheat oven to 325°F. In large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks with sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and food colouring. Pour into prepared pastry shell; bake 40 minutes. Cool, chill, top with cool whip.
