Ingredients:
1 small Head Boston; 4 Leaves escarole; =OR=- 1 sm Bunch of chicory;
1 small Head bibb lettuce; 1/4 c Red pepper Dressing;
4 Green onions; sliced
Directions: Trim greens and rinse in cool water. Spin or pat dry and tear into bite-size pieces. In a salad bowl, combine all ingredients with dressing and toss to coat.
