Ingredients: 2 miso 1 handful, chopped wakame 1/4 Pound(s) extra firm, finely cubed tofu 2 dashi 1/2 Ounce(s) soy sauce |
Directions: Bring dashi to gentle simmer (NO BOIL, EVER). Add tofu, wakame, soy sauce. Wait for wakame to reconstitute, add miso. Stir well, remove from heat.
Comments: Do not boil ever. And wakame can be found at a good grocer, or an asian grocery. When it comes to miso, yellow is mello and red is less so. |
