Miso Gravy



Ingredients:
60/409 Pound(s) white flour
163/1250 Ounce(s) salt
87/2000 Ounce(s) garlic powder
12 229/442 Ounce(s) water
489/5000 Pound(s) miso
151/193 Ounce(s) dijon mustard
160/409 Pound(s) engerita yeast
2 2/3 Ounce(s) sunflower oil
Directions: 1. Put all dry ingredients in a large enough pan, low heat. 2. Add water and whisk into a paste. 3. Let bubble for 30 seconds. 4. Whisk in oil, dijon mustard, and miso. 5, Keep whisking until it looks like gravy. 6. Remove from heat. 7. Eat. Enjoy.

Comments: Makes about 2 cups, great with fries.
