Salad of chicken & melon * Cut cantaloupe into chunks. Halve and seed grapes. Trim asparagus,
boil, steam or microwave until just tender. Cut asparagus into 2 inch
lenghts. Combine broth, wine and garlic in a pan, add chicken; bring
to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for Cranberry gelatin mold For speedy gelling, have ready a large bowl half-filled with ice and water.
Put gelatin in a medium bowl. Bring orange juice to a boil in a medium saucepan,
pour over gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
Drain the pineapple in a strainer s Irma's jello mold Make red jello and place in mold to set, use only 1 cup of hot water and
3/4 cup cold water. After red jello is set, make the lemon jello the same
way. Refrigerate until lemon jello is just beginning to set. With hand
mixer, beat in the softened cream Shrimp mold In medium sauce pan, dissolve gelatin in water. Add soup and heat until dissolved. Cut cream cheese into chunks, add to mixture. Use wire whisk to blend. Remove from heat while blending. Add remaining ingredients. Chill for 4 hours.

Minted cantaloupe sauce canned lemon juice
Combine sugar and water. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until
sugar is dissolved; boil 1 min. Add cantaloupe, mint; bring to boil. Remove
from heat; add lemon juice. Refrigerate- remove mint. Makes 1 cup.
Spoon o Melon sorbet Puree melon with lemon juice and vodka in the food processor (should make 3
cups of puree.) Mix sugar with puree until dissolved.
Refrigerate 2 hours. Churn according to ice cream freezer instructions
(about 20=25 minutes.

in a colander. Save the juice to make sherbet.
