Spray 9 or 10-inch springform pan with nonstick cooking spray. In med.
microwave-safe bowl, microwave cream on high for 45-60 seconds or until
warm. Add white chocolane and mint extract, stir until chocolate is melted.

A few hours in advance, marinate mashed tofu with tomatoes that have been sprinkled with oregano.
Prepare pizza Brach's choco-mint ice cream In small bowl, whisk together egg and sugar. Stir in cream and milk. Stir
in chocolate covered mints pieces. Freeze according to manufacturer's

To prepare filling: Blend tofu, egg, and 3/4 cup of cooked vegetable with
enough Lamb chops with cherry balsamic sauce and mint Stir fresh cherries together with sugar and macerate while browning chops.
If using frozen cherries, stir with any juices and sugar and thaw, about 1
1/2 hours.
Pat lamb dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a
12-inch nonstic Sloppy al's tofu Prepare tofu and set aside. In a large skillet, saute the onion and peppers
in 3 tablespoons oil until just tender. Add tomato sauce, chili powder,
salt, pepper, oregano, soy sauce, mustard and sugar. Stir and simmer for 20
~25 minutes. Heat the o Chicken-flavored rice mix Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until evenly
distributed. Put about 1 1/3 cups into three 1-pint containers and

In a small sourcepan combine apple juice and cornstarch. Cook and stir
till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Remove from
