PRE-HEAT OVEN AT 375 DEGREES
FOR THE BOTTOM CRUST:
1)MELT BUTTER ON STOVE
2)ADD GRAHAM CRACKERS
3)ADD SUGAR
4)BROWN THE ABOVE A LITTLE-PUT ASIDE
FOR THE FILLING:
1. BEAT THE EGGS,CREAM CHEESE,VANILLA AND SUGAR UNTIL WELL MIXED. PUT ASIDE
2. USING THE MINIATURE SIZE CUPCAKE CUPS
3. PUT ABOUT 1 tsp OR LESS OF THE CRUST MIXTURE IN EACH CUP
4. PRESS DOWN WITH THE BOTTOM OF A WHISKEY SHOT GLASS.
5. THEN PUT CHEESE FILLING ON TOP,FILL ABOUT 3/4 OF EACH CUP.
6. ARRANGE ON COOKIE SHEET AND BAKE 10 TO 12 MINUTES @375 degrees.
7. AFTER BAKED COOL AWHILE
8. THEN TOP WITH YOUR PIE FILLING, IF USING CHERRIES PUT 3 CHERRIES ON EACH PLUS SOME OF THE THICK JUICE.THE SAME FOR THE STRAWBERRIES, BLUEBERRIES OR APPLE FILLING.
9. REFRIGERATE UNTIL COLD and ready to serve
