Ingredients: 1 12 oz pkg won ton wrappers 2 Pound(s) ground turkey 1 8 oz can tomato sauce 1 envelope taco seasoning mix 1 grated cheddar cheese 1 chopped tomato 1 (optional) sour cream 1 (optional) black olives 1 (optional) diced avocado |
Directions: Preheat the oven to 250°F . Spray the cups of a mufin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Press one wonton wrapper in each cup to form a shell. Flatten the corners of the wontons so they lie flat on top of the muffin tin. After the pan is full, spray the wrappers lightly with nonstick spray and bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove the shells and cool on a rack. Repeat until all of the wontons are baked. Meanwhile, saute the turkey meat in a nonstick skillet until cooked. Add the tomato sauce, taco seasoning, and water and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes. To assemble the mini taco bar, set a tray of shells beside bowls of fillings - turkey, grated cheese, chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sour cream, olives and avocado and let the guests help themselves.
