Millet Balls



Ingredients:
8 105/304 Ounce(s) millet
8 105/304 Ounce(s) water
1/4 grated carrot
1/4 grated zucchini
1 small, diced onion
1 Pound(s) chopped parsley
1 Ounce(s) salt
1 Ounce(s) black pepper
1 Package(s) (as necessary) breadcrumbs
1 Pint(s) vegan cooking oil
Directions: Boil water then add millet. Leave millet in water for 15 minutes and stir regularly. Let millet cool down then add vegetables and spices. Make small millet balls.(Add breadcrumbs if it’s too wet to make balls) Heat small pot of cooking oil. Put millet balls in cooking oil until they become golden. Millet balls can also be served with a salad.
