Ohio sauerkraut balls Drain and mince sauerkraut, reserve.
Brown sausage in large frying pan. Drain.
Add sauerkraut and cream cheese. Cook until cheese is completely melted.
If desired, add salt, pepper, parsley and paprika to mixture.
Chill mixture about 2 hours.

Reduce heat and simmer until liquid is absorbed, about 25 minutes. Remove

skillet, heat sesame oil. Add Spinach balls Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate 2 hours.
Form into small balls aout 1" to 1 1/2" each, place on ungreased cokie sheets.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes, until just turning brown on the bottom.
