Ingredients:
1/2 Cup(s) Oil
2 Lemons, juice of
2 Tablespoon(s) Garlic powder
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Saffron
2 1/2 Pound(s) Chicken, cut-up
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Nutmeg
1 Can(s) (7 oz) green olives
4 Cup(s) White wine
1 medium Onion, diced
Directions:
Use blender to combine oil, lemon juice, garlic and saffron. Rub this
mixture on chicken pieces. Place remaining ingredients in pan with
chicken. Simmer covered for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with LEMON RICE.
