Another irish soda bread recipe Mix all the dry ingredients in a LARGE bowl. Mix in caraway and rasins. Mix
in buttermilk. It helps to use your hands to mix this because the dough is
stickey DO NOT USE AN ELECTRIC MIXER. I did this a couple of times and the
bread came out very f Buttermilk bread - abm * For Welbilt/DAK and Zojirushi machines add 2 tablespoons more
buttermilk ** For Welbilt machine, add 1 tablespoon more buttermilk.
Have all ingredients at room temperature. (For my Hitachi I microwave

and sugar. Mix thoroughly and let stand for 20-30 min. Add beaten egg
whites (just til foamy), cinnamon, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Pour into
