"ANGEL'S Microwave pecan brittle Stir pecans, sugar, syrup, and salt together in a 1 1/2 quart glass
bowl. Microwave on HIGH 7 to 8 minutes, stirring well after 4
minutes. At the end of 8 minutes, add butter and vanilla. Blend well.
Return to microwave and cook on HIGH 1 to 2 White sauce- microwave Place butter and flour in 4 cup glass measure and microwave,
uncovered at High for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes or till butter melts and
mixture is bubbly. Stir partway through cooking, so mixture is
smooth. Gradually stir in milk with wire whisk or fork Easy creamy fudge In 2 qt. glass measure, combine marshmallows, milk, and salt.
