Directions: 1. First take all the meat out of the sausages.
2. Take little bits of the meat and put in in the center of a wonton wrapper, form the wrapper around the meat, pinch it a bit just above the meat so that it won't come apart. Do this with the rest of the sausage meat....this makes a lot of wontons, this is how I like it but you can make less if you want.
3. While making your wontons, allow a large pot of water to boil.
4 .Add some chicken boullion. You want it to have a light taste, so you don't need a lot.
5. Set your wontons aside.
6. Slice up your mushrooms however you like.
7. Dice the celery, and chop the green onions, be sure to use as much of the greens as possible.
8. Chop up the bok choi, be sure to use all of the greens. Add some soy sauce to taste.
9. The wontons and the mushrooms can then be added to the soup, about 7 mins after, add your onions and celery.
10. Allow to co
ok for about 10 minutes.
11. Lastly add your bok choi, this cooks quickly and you don't want it to be mushy.
12. Give it about 5 minutes and your done.
