Directions: Cream butter and sugar.
Add vanilla, flour and nuts.
Roll into balls or shape into crescents, and place on cookie sheet.
Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 300 degrees.
Roll in powdered sugar.
Cool cookies. Roll again in powdered sugar.
Comments: Can use walnuts instead of pecans.
