Ingredients:
1/2 green bell pepper
8 Ounce(s) sour cream
326/625 Pound(s) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 chopped onion
8 taco sauce
8 Ounce(s) cream cheese
1/2 chopped tomato
Directions: Soften cream cheese and mix with sour cream. Spread in pie plate or quiche dish. Layer taco sauce (salsa), peppper, onion and tomato. When ready to serve, add cheddar cheese. Serve with chips or crackers.
