Red deviled eggs Cut hard cooked eggs in half lengthwise-removing yolks to bowl. Mix
remaining ingredients with yolks and pile lightly into reserved halves.

Bobbie's note: I use a fork to mash t Mexican corn stew Seed and dice the jalapeno peppers. Dice the tomatoes. Thinly slice
carrots and celery stalks. Seed and dice red peppers. Crush 2 cups of
corn chips(optional). In large fry pan over medium high heat saute
the onions and garlic for 5 minutes. Ad Eggs baked in sour cream In shallow casserole put half the crumbs, 1 1/2 c sour cream, and half the
butter. Slide raw eggs into this. Cover with remainder of ingredients and
sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Bake about 20 minutes or
until eggs set, at 350 degrees.
Mrs Deviled cheese fondue Rub the inside of the the fondue pot with the cut clove of garlic, then add
milk and heat until bubbling. Toss cheese in flour, then add to the pot and
stir all the time over a low heat until it is melted and the mixture is
thick and smooth. Stir in Deviled turkey soup Heat oil in a large saucepan. Gently cook onion in oil until soft. Stir in
curry and dry mustard and cook 1 minute. Stir in potatoes and stock. Bring
to a boil and simmer 30 minutes. Add Worcestershire sauce and turkey.
Season with salt and pepper a Deviled swiss steak * Round Steak should be cut 3/4 to 1-inch thick.

7-layer mexican dip Mix the refried beans and taco seasoning together (I also mix the chili's
in with this, but some people put the chilis as a layer) Mix this really
well (I used a food processor, but today I am going to use my mixer). This
is the first layer.
Mexican fiesta casserole Heat the oven to 375 degrees F. Cook and stir the meat in a large skillet
until brown. Drain off the excess fat. Season the meat with the salt and
pepper, then set aside. Mix the cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and onion

water to boil on high heat.
2. Lower heat to half and let simmereboil for 8 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, pour all remaining ingredients into a saucepan

Scoop out 4 to 5 balls of ice cream. Return to freezer. Mix cornflake
crumbs, cinnamon and sugar. Roll frozen ice cream balls in half of crumb
mixture and freeze again. Beat egg and dip coated balls Mamawiddums' deviled eggs Put eggs in pot, cold, water, then heat to boiling, low boil. Approximate: 15 minutes.
Cut eggs in half.
Put egg yolks in a bowl.
Mix ingredients, may adjust to taste. Place mix in eggs.

Very easy mexican shephard's pie Cook onion and garlic in vegetable stock or water until tender. Add in
beans and salsa. Simmer until ready to go in the oven. Meanwhile, boil
potatoes and carrots. When tender, mash them adding milk, salt and spices
as you would for mashed potatoes Sweet potato scrambled eggs Heat enough salted water to cover the sweet potatoes, (1/4 Tsp of
salt to 1 cup of water) to boiling. Add the potatoes and cover.
Heat to boiling again and then reduce the heat. Simmer until
potatoes are tender, about 6 minutes and drain. Co Deviled eggs Pop out (remove) the egg yolks to a small bowl and mash with a fork. Add mayonnaise, mustard powder, vinegar, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Fill the empty egg white shells with the mixture and sprinkle lightly with paprika.

of cartilage etc. In a mixing bowl combine the crabmeat with the scallions,

are very finely chopped Mexican pinto bean dip Puree the beans to a coarse paste in a blender or food processor or mash
by hand. Place the bean paste in a sauce pan with the water and heat.
Mix in all the other ingredients, blending well, and simmer until the

Contributor: James Beard p Adobo (mexican smoked chile marinade) This spicy marinade owes its unusual flavor to the chipotle, a smoked
jalapeno chile. Chipotles are usually sold canned in tomato paste. Look
for them at Mexican and Latin American markets. Adobo marinade goes
particularly well with pork.
Juice Mexican corn salad Drain corn. Combine corn, pimiento, onion, green pepper, and cucumber. Add
French dressing and mix well. Serve in lettuce cups.

Corn bread mexican style Preheat oven 350. Grease and flour 8 inch round baking pan.
Beat eggs and oil together in a large bowl until they are well
blended. Drain and chop chiles and trim the corn away from cob <if
using fresh>. Add chiles, sweet corn, and sour cre Barbeque sauce - mexican Mix well and allow flavors to blend for one hour or more.
Mexican won ton Saute ground meat over medium heat until no longer pink. Sprinkle on garlic
powder, cayenne and Taco seasoning mix. Stir well. Add drained black beans.
Mix thoroughly; remove from heat. When meat mixture has cooled to room
temperature, stir in cheese and New mexican spanish rice In a heavy 2-quart pot, fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon from
pan, crumble and reserve. Fry rice in bacon drippings until brown,
stirring occasionally. Add tomatoes, onion, olives, bell pepper, green
chiles, salt and chili powder. Mix well. Add Mexican lasagna Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Coat a 13 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray.
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray, and place over medium heat.
Add the ground turkey and cook turning several times, for 5 minutes or until no longer pnk.
