Ingredients: 1/2 Package(s) noodles, cooked 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Green pepper rings; chopped 3/4 Cup(s) Celery; chopped 3/4 Cup(s) Onion; chopped 1 Can(s) Chicken or turkey; cooked, chopped 2/3 Cup(s) Green chili salsa 1/2 Cup(s) Green chili sauce 2 Cup(s) Cheddar cheese; shredded 2 Cup(s) Chicken or turkey; cooked chopped up 1/2 Pound(s) Mushrooms; sliced 1/2 Cup(s) Sliced almonds |
Directions: In a microwave casserole dish, add celery, peppers,
onion, and butter. Cook for 2 minutes. Remove from
dish. Line casserole with tortilla strips. In another
bowl, stir in soup, milk, sour cream, and cheese. Mix.
Add cooked vegetables, noodles, chicken, mushrooms,
and jalepenos. Pour into into casserole. Top with
almonds. Microcook until heated through, 2-4 minutes.

Heat soup (do not dilute) together with seasonings. In a 2 quart casserole,

in a saucepan, fry onions in butter until golden brown. Add garlic, ginger, chili pappers, paprika and curry powder. Fry for a few seconds.
Add tomato sauce, salt and chicken, slowly bringing to a boil. Reduce heat, simm Ranch chicken 1. Crush corn flakes in a ziploc bag with a rolling pin.
2. Mix with cheese and ranch mix and put in a shallow bowl.
3. Wash and dry chicken.
4. Beat egg in a bowl.
5. Dredge each breast in egg wash, then through dry mix.
6. Bake in uncovered, greased bak Hungarian noodles and cabbage The combination of cabbage
&
noodles pleases the palate. In preparing
this
dish, I recommend sauteeing the cabbage
&
onions, separately. This method
brings out the flavor of each food.
