Ingredients:
1 Pound(s) Taco shells
1 medium Onion; chopped
1 Can(s) Cheddar cheese; shredde
1 Can(s) Chicken or turkey; cooked, chopped
1 Can(s) Enchilada sauce
1 small Bottle taco sauce
1 Bag of cheese doritos
2 Cup(s) Cheddar cheese; grated
Directions: Saute meat and onion. Drain. Mix soups and sauces with meat. Layer chips, soup/meat mix and cheese in a 2 qt casserole dish. Repeat layers. Bake at 350~ for 30 minutes, uncovered.
