Directions: Preheat oven to 375~. Brown meat; drain. Add corn, tomato sauce,
picante sauce, chili powder and cumin. Simmer, stirring frequently
for 5 minutes. Combine cottage cheese, eggs, parmesan cheese, oregano
and garlic powder; mix well. Arrange 6 tortillas on bottom and up
sides of lightly greased 9x13" pan, overlapping as needed. Top with
half of the meat mixture. Spoon cheese mixture over the meat. Arrange
remaining tortillas over the cheese, overlapping as needed. Top with
the remaining meat mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 375~ about 30
minutes or until hot and bubbly. Remove from oven; sprinkle with the
cheddar cheese. Let stand 10 minutes before serving (with additional
picante sauce if desired.)

combination is delicious 7-grain corn muffins Mix all ingredients (except for cornmeal) in blender until very smooth.
Mix in cornmeal with a spoon. Fill oiled muffin cups 1/2 full. Bake at
375 F. for 35-45 minutes.
Deborah's italian lasagna 1) Prepare Lasagna according to package directions. Drain.
2) Cook Italian sausage and ground beef; drain excess fat.
3) Add onion and garlic; stir and cook 5 minutes.
4) Add sugar, 1 tsp of salt, dried basil, fennel seed, pepper, canned tomatoes, and tom Corn timbales If desired, set aside some corn and green onion for a garnish. Cut four 18x12" pieces of heavy-duty foil.
Spoon ¬ of beans on each piece of foil. Top each with ¬ of onion
rings, one slice of cheese, one hot dog and 2 halved ears of corn.

Put 1/3 meat mixture in baking dish. Add layer of noodles, ad Oven-fried corn flake chicken * Crush but do not pulverize the corn flakes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Wash chicken and pat dry. Mix
together eggs and milk. Separately mix corn flake crumbs, salt, and
pepper. Dip chicken into milk and egg mixture then into the crumb
mix Corn and scallop chowder Melt the butter in a Dutch oven over medium high heat. Add leeks and
celery; saute 2 minutes. Sprinkle with flour, stirring to coat. Add
potato and next 5 ingredients (potato through broth). Bring to a simmer

ingredients in small piece of cheesecloth and secure with a string. Add to
an 8-quart pot with the stock and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat.

In a small saucepan, mix beans and salsa and heat over a medium flame until
runny (helps to spread the mixture). Place a small amount of the bean

Corn casserole Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, and lightly grease a 9x9 baking dish. In a medium bowl, combine all incredients and then pour mixture into baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Budin de elote (corn pudding) Heat the oven to 300 F. Place a heavy baking sheet on the lower rack of
the oven. Butter a 1-quart baking or souffle dish and sprinkle with the
bread crumbs. Set aside.
Put the corn and milk into a food processor and process for 10 to 15
second American lasagna In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef, onion and garlic; drain fat. Mix in basil, oregano, brown sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, diced tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Preheat oven to 375 F. Grangers' corn bread Cream sugar and shortening, add eggs and beat smooth. Add dry
ingredients sifted together alternately with sour milk. Bake in layer
cake tins in oven about the same temperature as for layer cake and
same length of time.
