Cool 1 to 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheet; cool completely. Frost with Frosting. Sprinkle with peppermint candy. FROSTING: 3/4 Cup powder sugar 1 Tbsp + 1/4 Tsp. milk 1/4 Tsp. vanilla Mix powdered sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth. Stir in additional milk if necessary. Makes 18 to 21 cookies.
