1/2 Quart(s) melted ice cream
3 egg
Directions: Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly mist 9x13 cake pan with cooking spray, then dust with flour. In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, ice cream, and eggs. Blend with electric mixer on low for 1 minute. Scrape sides of bowl, and blend with electric mixer on medium for 2 minutes. Pour batter into cake pan, smoothing top with spatula. Bake at 350F for 38-42 minutes or until it springs back when lightly pressed with finger. Cool 25 minutes upside down, then flip right-side up and cool an additional 30 minutes before frosting cake.
