smooth. Strain the puree to remove the seeds, and chill until very cold.
Place the mixture in an ice cream machine and freeze according to

Boil 1 cup wine in heavy small saucepan until reduced to 1/4 cup, about 6 minutes. Pour into large bowl. Add grapefruit juice, sugar, corn syrup, grenadine and peel, stir until sugar dissolves. Mix in remaining 3/4 cup wine. Refrige Melon grape salad Toss fruit with 1 Tbsp of lime juice and refrigerate, covered. When
ready to serve, pour out the liquid, drying out serving bowl. Whisk
together remaining lime juice, honey and mustard. Toss with fruit.

stirring until sugar dissolves. Mix in orange juice concentrate. Reduce
heat to low. Add chocolate and whisk until smooth. Chill uncovered 4 hours,
stirring occasionally.

toothpicks with a prawn between melon balls. Serve remainder on melba
toast with savoury accompaniments such as smoked salmon, oysters, ham
and favourite cheeses.
