Mediterranean Salad



Ingredients:
1/2 Pound(s) Green Beans; ends trimmed
1 Cucumber;peeled,seeded&slicd
4 Ripe Plum Tomatoes
8 Ounce(s) Feta Cheese; cubed
1/2 Cup(s) Pitted Black Olives
1 Teaspoon(s) Oregano
1/3 Cup(s) Vinegar
1 Cup(s) Olive Oil
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Dry Mustard
Directions: Combine all the vinaigrette ingredients in a small bowl and whisk well. Set aside. In a small saucepan, bring 3 cups water to a boil. Add beans, cook 5-7 minutes, until crisp-tender. Drain; rinse under cold water until cool. Place in a large bowl; toss with remaining ingredients and 1/3 cup of the vinaigrette.
