water, seasoned with salt, Taco meatballs Mix all but last two ingredients. (I puree vegetables in blender
rather than chopping.) Form meat balls and place in 2- 1/2 qt. dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. While baking, heat taco sauce and

Small swedish meatballs In a small frying pan, melt 1 tb. of butter over moderate heat. When the
foam subsides, add the onions and cook for about 5 minutes, until they are
soft and translucent but not brown. In a large bowl, combine the onions,
mashed potato, bread crumb Mix'n'match meatballs In a bowl, combine the eggs and milk. Stir in bread crumbs
and salt.
Add your choice of ground meat; mix well. Shape into about 60 (1-inch)
meatballs. Place in shallow baking pan. Bake in 375F oven for 25 to 30
minutes or till done. Drain on paper to Afghan kofta (meatballs) 1 md Onion, finely minced
1 md Green pepper, finely minced
1 ts Clove garlic, finely minced
1/2 ts Ground coriander seed
Knead together the beef, onion, pepper, garlic and salt and pepper. Let

meatballs. Brown meatballs in hot oil. Drain off fat. Add 1 cup water,
vinegar, ginger, bay leaf, and brown sugar. Cover and simmer 1/2 hour.

place on
baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes; drain grease. In large
saucepan, saute onions in oil until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients
except spaghetti. Simmer whil Meatballs stroganoff 1. In a large skillet, combine meatballs and broth.Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes or until meatballs are heated through.
2. In a small bowl, stir together sour cream cream of mushroom soup. Whisk in milk and mustard. Stir Doritos meatballs Mix first seven ingredients. Form into medium balls. Brown in shortening;
drain off fat. Cover with soup which has been diluted & simmer 20 minutes.
Good served over rice or noodles.
