Directions: Mix all ingredients together, using only part of the water. Mixture should be moist but not so that the meatballs fall apart, add more water if needed.
Shape meatballs to desired size and place on a broiler pan (wet hands before shaping each meatball) Broil or cook until slightly brown on one side turn and broil the other side. When finished, drain grease before adding to sauce and simmer at least 20 minutes.

Spaghetti Sauce
1 Teaspoon(s) Vegetable oil; 1 ts Salt; 2 Centiliter(s) Garlic; chopped 1/2 ts Oregano; 1 (s) medium Onion; chopped 1/2 ts Basil; 1 Can(s) Tomatoes; mashed or pureed 1/2 ts Thyme; 1 Cup(s) Water or beef broth; 1/4 ts Ground cloves; 1/4 Cup(s) Tomato paste; 1/4 ts Pepper; 1 Tablespoon(s) Dried parsley; |
Directions:
Heat oil in a heavy saucepan. Saute garlic and onion for three minutes or
until limp. Stir in tomatoes, water and tomato paste. Add parsley, salt,
oregano, thyme, basil, cloves and pepper; stir well. Bring to a boil,
reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally for one hour, until sauce is
reduced by 1/4.

P Buffet meat balls 1. Heat oven to 350F. Lightly grease 15 1/2" x 10 1/2" jelly roll pan. Set
aside. In large mixing bowl, combine all meatball ingredients. Mix well.
