Ingredients:
1 Pound(s) Very lean ground beef; 3 oz Unpeeled potatoes; grated
2 Egg whites; 2 tb Ketchup;
1/4 Cup(s) Onions; finely chopped 1/4 ts Dried thyme;
1/4 Cup(s) Carrots; grated Salt and pepper to taste;
Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients, shape into a loaf and place on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour. Per serving: 22f protein, 15g fat, 7g carb., 181mg sodium, 70mg chol., 259 calories.
