Ingredients: 2 Pound(s) lean ground beef 2 finely chopped white onion 4 Ounce(s) or kefir, or mayo, or water sour cream 5 egg 1/4 Quart(s) mayonnaise 1/2 optional cheese |
Directions: 1. Mix well ground beef, 1 chopped onion, 1/2 sour cream/kefir/water, 2 eggs, pepper, salt to taste. Place in a fridge for 30min- 1 hour.
2. Beat 3 eggs with 200g of mayo, optional 100g of cheese. Chop onions.
3. Preheat oven to 200C/400F. Take the meat mixture out of the fridge and roll balls, 5-10sm in diameter, depending on your personal taste. Place them in a deep dish and flatten them, making a wide hollow inside. Fill the hollow with chopped onions and pour some of the mayo/egg mixture.
4. Bake in an oven for 30-40min at 200C.
Comments: ll cut out cheese and go easy on the mayo in the soufle and definitely will use lean beef, instead of regular. Also, smaller meat balls would look better. I added sauted garlic and carrots on top, in addition to onion. |

Add 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger root, 1/2 to 1 teaspoon fresh
minced garl Upside-down meat loaf Preheat oven to 350 degreees. Grease a 5" x 9" loaf pan with butter. Press sugar into bottom of pan. Spread ketchup over sugar and set pan aside.
